Brownie Crush is an online-first brownie gifting brand offering freshly prepared brownies, brownie gift boxes, customized brownie boxes, occasion-based gifts, and related dessert products.

 

Our products may be available through online ordering, pickup points, local delivery, partner pickup locations, or other sales channels announced by us from time to time.

 

Product Information

 

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, flavours, sizes, packaging, pricing, and availability accurately. However, actual products may slightly vary from the images shown due to photography, lighting, packaging availability, seasonal ingredients, handmade preparation, or customization.

 

All brownies are food products and should be consumed within the recommended time period mentioned on the packaging or communicated at the time of delivery/pickup.

 

Orders

 

Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, or other approved channels.

 

An order is considered confirmed only after:

 

• Required customer details are received;

• Product details are confirmed;

• Payment is received, wherever applicable;

• Brownie Crush confirms the order.

 

We reserve the right to accept, reject, reschedule, or cancel any order due to product unavailability, delivery limitations, payment issues, incorrect details, operational constraints, force majeure events, or any other valid reason.

 

Custom Orders

 

For customized brownie boxes, birthday boxes, anniversary boxes, photo-based designs, message cards, names, dates, or themed packaging, the customer is responsible for providing correct spelling, photos, messages, dates, age, design instructions, and approval within the requested time.

 

Once production or design work has started, changes may not be possible. Brownie Crush will not be responsible for mistakes arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

 

We may refuse any customization request that contains offensive, unlawful, abusive, political, religiously sensitive, adult, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.

 

Pricing and Payment

 

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise mentioned.

 

Prices may change without prior notice. The final price will be the price confirmed at the time of order.

 

Payment may be accepted through UPI, payment gateway, bank transfer, cash at pickup, or any other approved payment method. Brownie Crush is not responsible for delays, failures, or technical issues caused by banks, payment gateways, UPI apps, or third-party payment providers.

 

Delivery and Pickup

 

Brownie Crush may offer delivery, pickup from selected locations, partner pickup points, or other fulfillment options.

 

Delivery or pickup timelines are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders on time, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, production delays, courier/rider delays, incorrect address, customer unavailability, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, address, pickup location, date, and time slot. Brownie Crush will not be responsible for failed delivery or pickup caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

 

Customer Availability

 

For delivery orders, the customer or recipient should be available to receive the order at the agreed location and time. If the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses the order, the order may be marked as attempted delivery.

 

Since brownies are perishable food products, re-delivery may be chargeable and subject to product condition, location, and availability.

 

Food Allergies and Storage

 

Our products may contain or come into contact with ingredients such as wheat, gluten, milk, butter, eggs, nuts, peanuts, cocoa, chocolate, soy, and other allergens.

 

Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us before placing an order. While we take care during preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

 

Customers are responsible for storing the product properly after delivery or pickup. Brownie Crush will not be responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage, delayed consumption, heat exposure, refrigeration issues, or mishandling after delivery/pickup.

 

Offers, Discounts, and Freebies

 

Brownie Crush may offer discounts, free samples, promotional boxes, referral offers, influencer offers, or campaign-based benefits from time to time.

 

Offers are subject to availability, location, campaign rules, customer eligibility, and validity period. We reserve the right to modify, pause, withdraw, or cancel any offer at any time without prior notice.

 

Freebie or sample campaigns may require customers to provide basic details such as name, phone number, location, birthday, anniversary, or pickup preference. These details will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

Intellectual Property

 

All brand names, logos, product images, packaging designs, website content, social media content, graphics, product concepts, taglines, and design elements belong to Brownie Crush or its respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

 

Brownie Crush will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of our website, products, delivery, pickup, delays, third-party services, payment failures, or customer-provided incorrect information.

 

Our maximum liability for any confirmed order shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.
